I love to design. Some of my favorite moments come when I’ve got a blank canvas, good music, and free hours. There’s a common adage that says “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” While this isn’t always true, for me, it’s pretty close. There are a lot of late nights and early mornings trying to hit crazy deadlines, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I started Thrive Studios in 2003 with a goal to help businesses, churches and non-profits communicate better. I chose the name Thrive Studios because my name (Chris Petinak) isn’t very easy to say or spell. I used to play baseball and my number was 35. If you combine those numbers, you can come up with the name Thrive. It has since become a pretty popular name.

If you’ve liked my art and you are in the market for design work, please contact me. I have a strong list of very happy clients. I don’t miss deadlines. I stay within budget. I communicate frequently, and my mom says “I’m a catch.”

My services don’t end at design. When many designers finish a project, they give you the artwork and it’s up to you what you do with it. I have relationships with dozens of vendors that can print just about anything, from postcards to t-shirts to billboards. Let me help you with what comes after the design.
