Somehow as a Worship Pastor, all the graphics and designs for weekend services, website, and mail pieces landed on my plate.  I was stressed out and spending way too much time trying to be a graphic designer…which I’m not.  It was a bad use of my time and it pulled me away from what I needed to be spending my time on.  But it had to be done.  I didn’t have the authority (or money) to hire a new staff person to dump these demands on, but I did have the ability to utilize a budget line to hire Chris project by project.
The cost is so minimal but makes us look so professional.  It’s amazing how free I feel by getting that responsibility off my plate.  Stop wasting your time and energy trying to do what takes Chris 2 hours to do for you…use him!!
